Mat Pilates

Heated Mat Pilates

Hotter Pilates

45 minutes. 88°F, beat-driven music. Hotter Pilates combines strength-based mat Pilates movements to build heat, sweat, and stamina.

Think mat Pilates, but make it heated, intense, and effective.

Required: a mat towel · Recommended: water, and a sense of humor

Non-Heated Mat Pilates

Cooler Pilates

45 minutes, no heat, beat-driven music. Cooler Pilates strips away the heat to sharpen technique, form, alignment, and control.

Think mat Pilates, but make it precise.

Yogalates

Heated Yogalates

CTRL+Alt+Heat

45 minutes, 88°F, beat-driven music. Fuses mat Pilates with athletic flow-based movement — built for people who want to sweat, not sit in stillness.

This isn't your slow-flow yoga class. No chanting, no incense, just work.

Required: a mat towel · Recommended: water, and a sense of humor

Non-Heated Yogalates

CTRL+Alt+Cool

45 minutes, no heat, same athletic foundation as CTRL+Alt+Heat, minus the heat. Same energy, none of the sitar.

Athletic yogalates. Still no chill.

New Client FAQ

Do I need my own mat?

We've got you covered — mats are provided. Bring your own if you like extra cushion underneath you, or just prefer having your own.

What about a towel?

Required for heated classes. Hot room, sweat is guaranteed. We sell mat towels for $12, or bring one from home.

Barefoot or socks?

Clean bare feet or grip socks. Both work. Fuzzy socks do not. We will notice if you skipped the shower.

What should I wear?

Something you can move and sweat in. For heated classes, think what you'd wear to a hot yoga session — the heat only lives in the room, so layer up for before and after. And wash it in something built for sweat (Tide Sport, we see you) — this is a small room.
